Information we process

We process account and sign-in information, inventory descriptions and photos, listings, sales and order information, subscription records, and the credentials or sessions needed for connected marketplaces. Requests also generate technical information such as IP addresses and operational logs. Contact inquiries contain the name, email and message you submit.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account management, imports, exports, crosslisting and subscription administration support the service contract. Responding to a prospective customer can involve steps before a contract; general support and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable service, balanced against your rights. Applicable accounting or legal requirements may require certain records. Optional advertising or analytics tracking requires prior consent, which can be withdrawn.

Services and recipients

ResellrHub uses hosting and infrastructure services to operate the app. Its deployment uses Hetzner hosting. Depending on the features you use, recipients include Stripe for billing, Google for sign-in, OpenAI for AI-assisted descriptions and image evaluation, and the marketplaces you connect. These services receive only the information needed for the requested feature, such as profile details, payment information or submitted listing content. Storage uses server disks or configured S3-compatible storage; Sentry may process diagnostic events when enabled. Contact messages pass through our email provider to the support mailbox. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are subject to applicable GDPR safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your use.

Retention and deletion

Account and inventory data are retained while needed to provide your account and connected services, or until you request deletion. After account closure or a deletion request, records are retained only where needed for outstanding transactions, legal record-keeping or resolving claims. Support messages are kept to resolve the inquiry and any related follow-up or dispute. Technical logs are kept as needed to investigate errors, security incidents and abuse. Backup copies may remain until replaced through backup rotation and are not used for ordinary account access. The retention period is determined by these purposes and any applicable statutory record-keeping or limitation periods. Contact us to close your account, request deletion or ask about records retained in your case. Closing an account does not itself cancel an active paid subscription; request cancellation through billing or support as well.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. Contact us using the email above. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including Portugal’s CNPD. Required account information is necessary to provide the service; optional features do not require you to submit additional data unless you choose to use them. AI suggestions support your decisions and are not binding decisions about you.

Optional Google measurement

Optional measurement is based on your consent. Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive browser/device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, coarse page information and successful signup events to measure site usage and advertising conversions. Our own events do not include your email, account ID, inventory content or contact-message text; page URLs exclude query strings and item identifiers. Google may process measurement data outside the EEA under its applicable terms and transfer safeguards. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings without affecting processing already carried out. Google measurement retention depends on the configured property and service settings. See Google’s information about partner-site data use for more details.
